Amazing customer service! There was a mishap with my order which they kindly fixed immediately. I ordered 4 pins from Cocktail Critters and one of the pins I ordered was the martini-dragon-hard-enamel-pin. When I got my package, everything was good except for the Dragon; they accidentally gave me the daiquiri-dragon-hard-enamel-pin. I honestly was angry about getting the daiquiri-dragon-hard-enamel-pin but I was upset about not getting the martini-dragon-hard-enamel-pin. I contacted the owner about my order and within the same day emailing about my order that they quickly fixed it. He told me that I can keep the daiquiri-dragon-hard-enamel-pin for free as a Christmas gift and that they?ll send me my order for the martini-dragon-hard-enamel-pin. Will definitely by again from this shop very soon!!
