Item was delivered in a very timely fashion - I didn’t experience much of a delay at all in the item being shipped and delivered. Being able to track the package was a nice extra. I’m also really thankful that the backs are metal and not the rubber/silicone backs that often come with pins now. I have lost multiple pins due to the rubber backs falling off. So glad I don’t have to worry about losing this one. The design is exactly as shown in pictures. Super cute Nessy!!!!
