We may have missed the mark on celebrating International Mojito Day, but let's face it, when is it never a good time for a Mojito?
60ml White/Silver Rum
3-4 Fresh Lime Wedges
15-20ml Sugar Syrup
12 Mint Leaves
Splash of Soda Water
Crushed Ice
Muddle your lime with sugar in the bottom of a highball/tumbler glass. Add your rum and mint leaves, and top it off with crushed ice. Stir to combine all together, and finish with a splash of soda water! Garnish with a lime wedge and some mint, and enjoy!
