Shipping
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do!
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Otherwise, orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
USA: Orders should arrive within 2-6 business days via USPS First Class.
International: Orders should arrive within 7-21 business days for most countries.
Q: I already placed an order but I want to add more items. Can you bundle them all together so I don't have to pay for shipping twice?
A: If your order hasn’t been packaged yet, we’d be happy to bundle your orders together. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll refund the shipping cost on the second order.
Q: Where can I track my order?
A: Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail with your USPS tracking number. You can follow the link provided to keep track of your package's whereabouts. Please keep in mind, sometimes it takes a few days before your shipment shows up on the USPS tracking system -- and some countries don't update this information regularly.
Q: What if my tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive it?
A: The first places to check would be outside your house, with your lobby (condos), or sometimes with your neighbors. If the package is not within the vicinity please contact your local USPS postal office. It's becoming more common that the USPS may prematurely change the delivery status prior to being delivered, only to be delivered 2-3 days later.
The best thing you can do is call or visit your local postal services to follow up using the tracking number. We will not bare responsibility to refund or ship an additional package if the original was marked delivered.
Q: Will I need to pay customs duties, taxes, or VAT for international orders?
A: Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or VAT (Value Added Tax) once it reaches the destination country. These charges are set by your local government and are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost on our website.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict or provide estimates for these charges, as they vary by country and are determined by your government’s customs authority. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cover any additional fees imposed during import.
For more information on possible customs fees or import taxes, we recommend contacting your local postal service or customs office prior to placing your order. This will ensure that you are aware of any potential costs before your purchase is made.
Refunds & Exchanges
All items (except for face masks) will have a 14-day policy after delivery for returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The entire item (i.e. backing cards and any plastic bags included with the items) must also be returned for a full refund. The cost of shipping will be paid by the customer.

Please make sure your address is correct. If items are shipped to the wrong location, no refunds or replacement shipments are available.
Scotch Ness Critters
Q: How should I wash my Scotch Ness Critter?
A: We recommend that you hand wash your Scotch Ness Critter with soap and hot water. If using the dish washer, just be sure it is placed where it cannot damage glasses or dishes, or scratched with other silverware. Please remove the silicone suction cup before washing.
Please note: Our silicone cups are not sold separately. We produce and sell our Scotch Ness Monsters as a fully packaged unit. Replacements are not available.
Face Masks
Q: How should I wash my masks?
A: We recommend that you hand wash your mask, but if you use your washing machine, your mask should be washed with a delicate cycle with cold water and hung up to dry.
Please note: Our masks are not intended for use in surgical or clinical settings where significant exposure to bodily or other hazardous fluids may be expected or where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high. This mask will not prevent you from contracting COVID-19. These masks are made in accordance with the current CDC guidelines. Cocktail Critters makes no warranties, either express or implied that the masks prevent infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases.
