Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do! However due to COVID, some countries may have restrictions, and if so, you will be notified immediately.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Otherwise, orders are typically processed in 3-5 business days.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
USA: Orders should arrive within 2-6 business days via USPS First Class.
International: Orders should arrive within 7-21 business days for most countries.
Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic, there may be delays with your order beyond our control. If your tracking status reads "In Transit, Arriving Late" please do not be alarmed; your package is still being processed through the USPS system and is not lost.
Q: I already placed an order but I want to add more items. Can you bundle them all together so I don't have to pay for shipping twice?
A: If your order hasn’t been packaged yet, we’d be happy to bundle your orders together. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll refund the shipping cost on the second order.
Q: Where can I track my order?
A: Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail with your USPS tracking number. You can follow the link provided to keep track of your package's whereabouts. Please keep in mind, sometimes it takes a few days before your shipment shows up on the USPS tracking system -- and some countries don't update this information regularly.
Q: Will I need to pay customs (international orders)?
A: We cannot predict whether a country's customs offices require customs tax/VAT. If you have any questions, please contact your local government's postal services.
Refunds & Exchanges
All items (except for face masks) will have a 14 day policy after delivery for returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The entire item (i.e. backing cards and any plastic bags included with the items) must also be returned for a full refund. The cost of shipping will be paid by the customer.

Please make sure your address is correct. If items are shipped to the wrong location, no refunds or replacement shipments are available.
Q: How should I wash my masks?
A: We recommend that you hand wash your mask, but if you use your washing machine, your mask should be washed with a delicate cycle with cold water and hung up to dry.
Q: Can I order custom designed masks?
A: Yes you can! We offer custom-branded masks starting at 200 units. For more information, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note: Our masks are not intended for use in surgical or clinical settings where significant exposure to bodily or other hazardous fluids may be expected or where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high. This mask will not prevent you from contracting COVID-19. These masks are made in accordance with the current CDC guidelines. Cocktail Critters makes no warranties, either express or implied that the masks prevent infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases.
