Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do! However due to COVID, some countries may have restrictions, and if so, you will be notified immediately.
Q: Why do I see the error "Region Unavailable" upon checkout?
A: We have facilities in the US and UK provide you the cheapest shipping costs and fastest shipping times. If you received this error, this means one (or more) of your items is unavailable to ship from your nearest shipping location, but is still available somewhere else in the world. If you would still like to purchase the item(s), please e-mail us directly at email@example.com so we can arrange an alternative shipping option for you.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Otherwise, orders are typically processed in 3-5 business days.
Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
US Customers: Most orders will arrive within 2-6 business days via USPS First Class.
UK Customers: Most orders will arrive within 1-2 business days via UK First Class.
EU Customers: Most orders will arrive within 7-14 business days via UK International Post.
Rest of World: Most orders will arrive within 7-21 business days for most countries.
Q: I already placed an order but I want to add more items. Can you bundle them all together so I don't have to pay for shipping twice?
A: If your order hasn’t been packaged yet, we’d be happy to bundle your orders together. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll refund the shipping cost on the second order.
Q: Where can I track my order?
A: Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a notification e-mail with your tracking number. You can follow the link provided to keep track of your package's whereabouts. Please keep in mind, sometimes it takes a few days before your shipment shows up on the USPS tracking system -- and some countries don't update this information regularly.
US Customers: Tracking is included in all USPS First Class shipping.
International Customers: "International Tracking" can be selected upon checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges
All items (except for face masks) will have a 14 day policy after delivery for returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The entire item (i.e. backing cards and any plastic bags included with the items) must also be returned for a full refund. The cost of shipping will be paid by the customer.
